	Branon Dempsey is the CEO, Founder and Training Director of Worship Team Training® (www.worshipteamtraining.com) a ministry providing workshops and online resources for local worship ministries; serving 40+ churches per year through our live workshops, mentoring programs and our brand new streaming education training. Branon Dempsey responded to God's call to ministry in 1993 to help connect people to Christ through worship ministry. God led Branon to establish For His Music (2002) and Worship Team Training (2004), through the support of great friends, partners and churches. The purpose of Worship Team Training is to inspire, nurture and encourage effective worship leading team skills, while fostering healthy relationships through the power team synergy for the call of honoring God while serving His Church. Today WTT is committed to grow along-side of church worship teams, as we serve 40+ yearly across the country. Branon is a Training Partner with Yamaha Corporation of America \| Worship Resources, an Instructor/Speaker at Christian Musician Summit Conferences, Regular Column Writer for Worship Musician Magazine, and serves on the Expert Panel for Shure Microphones. He is a Contributor for Creator Leadership Network, News Channel Church and TCMR iLevite Magazine and CCLITV Video Training Contributor. With over twenty years experience as a Worship Leader, Teacher, Author and Songwriter, Branon is called to lead worship teams, leaders and artists in becoming authentic leaders of worship and followers of Jesus Christ. Branon holds an M.Div. Master of Arts in Worship Studies by Hope International University, Bachelor of Music in Composition and Performance by University of Houston and has been formally trained by Maranatha! Music and mentored by worship leader artists of Integrity Music. Additionally, he is with Worship Mentor \| Worship Foundations as a Regional Representative and Mentor in the national Mentor Network.
