	Mission - Vision Worship Team Training ® serves church worship ministries by providing live workshops and online resources to help inspire, create and transform the leading of worship (Since 2004 :: Branon Dempsey).
	Mission Reinventing the Worship Team Through the Transformation of the Soul. Vision Workshops and Resources to Inspire, Create and Transform the Leading of Worship. The Point Branon Dempsey responded to God's call to ministry in 1993 to help connect people to Christ through worship ministry. In the same way, God has called you - to reach people for His purposes. The Lord desires for His people to respond to Him in worship as a life - not as a style. The question is, how are you being equipped to reach people through your gifts and skills that is focused in a way that rightly honors the Lord while edifying His Church?
	Origin and Purpose
	Worship Team Training ® found its origin in 2004 and has developed through the years by the help of great friends, partners and churches. The purpose of Worship Team Training is to inspire, nurture and encourage effective worship leading team skills, while fostering healthy relationships through the power team synergy for the call of honoring God while serving His Church. Today WTT is committed to grow along-side of churches and worship teams, as we seek to understand ministry needs of people, while providing them with practical solutions for real-life applications. The vision of Worship Team Training is for worship teams to become authentic leaders of worship and in so doing, to deepen their relationship in following Jesus Christ. - Eph. 4:12 Worship Team Training works along side of local worship leaders and pastors to reinforce and ensure their team's growth. Your local congregation will reap the benefits as they too discover their worship-spiritual formation as God uses you in His ministry.
