Church Benefits

• Ticket Sales and Revenue Share: The host church has the opportunity to earn back funds through ticket sales, with a 50/50 revenue split after minimums are met. This is a meaningful way to support your worship community while investing in your church’s ministry growth. Worship Team Training (WTT) will manage the registration and ticket sales process. 


• As the sponsor church, you’ll be asked to feature and promote the event on your website and social media channels.


• Private Instructor Participation (Optional):

Enhance the experience by inviting local music teachers or utilizing your own team to lead breakout sessions for instruments, vocals, and tech. This customizable option allows for a more personalized and practical training experience for participants.


• Vendor Participation (Optional):

Invite local music and ministry-focused companies to book vendor spaces for the weekend. The church will receive a 50/50 revenue split from vendor fees, helping to sponsor the event. Vendors can showcase and demonstrate their products, as well as engage directly with workshop participants through sales and demonstrations.
